Southwest Deviled EggsSpices from the Southwest provide a flavor twist to an old traditional favorite. These deviled eggs are not just for picnics! Ingredients
12 hard cooked eggs, cooled and peeled Directions1. Slice eggs in half; carefully remove the yolks and place in a small bowl. Set the whites aside. Mash yolks with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 2. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg white halves. Sprinkle lightly with additional chili powder and garnish with chives or chopped green onion, if desired. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Nutritional Info
