Choc chip cookies are a classic that many people miss on a low carb diet. But here is a low carb version using nut flour Chocolate Party Cookies1 cup shortening Blend shortening and sweetener in a large bowl. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Sift remaining dry ingredients together; add to 'sugar'-egg mixture, blending well. Stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate pieces (reserve remaining pieces for decorating). Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet; decorate tops with remaining chocolate pieces. Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
