The Third Week on the Diet

September 27th, 2006

The third week passed relatively uneventfully.  By that I mean no cravings - I’ve even started to feel reasonably full after a meal, instead of the ‘is that all?’ feeling.

A Quick Way to Kill Cravings

Thick Vegetable Soup Recipe

September 9th, 2006

  • 1 cup low carb vegetables canned or cooked until they’re very soft
  • 2 cups chicken stock (its OK to use powdered stock or stock cubes)
  • spices and seasonings to taste
