The First Week of the Diet

When I saw my first Rosedale diet dinner - a very small serve of chicken, plus low carb vegetables, my first thought was ‘is that all?’. And thats exactly how I felt after I’d eaten it!

Gradually, over the week, I learned to add soup and/or salad to the meal, to bulk it up a little.

I chose the Rosedale diet because, to date, I have not been a spectacularly successful low carb dieter.

I lost about 15 kilo (33 pounds) on a low carb diet that was ’sort of’ Atkins, but after that, my weight plateaud, permanently, and I became a still-overweight low carb lifestyler.
