The Third Week on the Diet
Wednesday, September 27th, 2006The third week passed relatively uneventfully. By that I mean no cravings - I’ve even started to feel reasonably full after a meal, instead of the ‘is that all?’ feeling.
Gary even commented that he isn’t missing our low carb treats. (low carb muffins, low carb pancakes, etc - he used to adore them, but they’re not really on this diet.
