Aaargh! Up two kilos in one day!
Monday, October 9th, 2006No! How did this happen? Small daily fluctuations are to be expected, but two kilos?
All that I ate that was *slightly* different was a spinach salad that I ordered for a restaurant lunch. The salad had spinach, avocado, pine nuts - all OK on the diet - and on the top, were a few, paper-thin crispy slices of Pancetta (italian bacon).
