					<description>This is really great news!  Thanks for posting.  I'm really impressed that the diet seems to be working for you... I'm now considering getting the book (sigh, yet another diet book!)

My thyroid is also dodgy and I take thyroxine 100mcg, but what i have really found out is that there's no way I can lose without lots of exercise.  I don't know why this is but there you go.  I've also had a fairly good result doing intermittant fasting (eating once a day in the evening, all you can eat, but LC) and this works really well for me.

I like your 40lb loss very much so will check out the book.  Thank you!</description>
