Weight going down slowly - if at all

My first three weeks on this diet were quite exciting, because every day I would get on the scales and see a loss.  I hadn't seen that sort of weight loss on a diet since I was in my twenties.

But in week four, although I haven't made any significant changes really  (didn't add back the higher carb things like fruit), my weight loss seems to have come to a sudden halt - its just been wobbling around the same point for several days.

I guess this might be the dreaded plateaux or stall - hope it doesn't last too long.
